We’re partnering with a top-tier main contractor in the Philippines that’s delivering some of the largest vertical building projects in the country — and they’re looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join their dynamic pre-construction team. ???? Location: Philippines ???? Salary: USD $10,000–12,000/month (net) ???? Employer: Leading Main Contractor ????? Project: Various High-Rise and Large scale buildings As Bid Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing complex bid submissions, coordinating technical and commercial inputs, and working closely with senior leadership to develop compelling, winning proposals on this major live project and future pipeline. ???? We’re looking for someone who has: ?? Extensive experience preparing and managing bids for major building projects ?? A strong understanding of both technical and commercial requirements ?? Excellent leadership and stakeholder coordination skills ?? A degree qualification in engineering, construction, or a related field (required) ?? Experience with high-rise or large-scale vertical builds (preferred) ?? Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines This is a strategic role with real influence — you'll be working with one of the most respected contractors in Southeast Asia on a career-defining project.
