This is a high-rise, high-impact development – a flagship build that will shape the skyline and set a new standard for engineering excellence in the region. ???? As the Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of top-tier professionals, drive technical delivery, and ensure engineering milestones are met on a fast-paced, world-class project. ???? Location: Philippines ???? Salary: USD $10,000–12,000/month (net) ???? Employer: Tier-1 Main Contractor ????? Project: Large-scale vertical building (high-rise) ???? We’re looking for someone who has: ?? Proven experience on major building projects (preferably high-rise) ?? Strong background in structural and MEP coordination ?? Leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams ?? A proactive, solutions-focused mindset ?? A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required) ??
