Lead and manage the full finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management, working capital optimization, and funding activities. Develop financial strategies to support corporate objectives and growth plans. Partner with executive management to provide financial insights and recommendations. Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, controls, and systems. Support business units with strategic financial planning and analysis.
