Job Description : EXPAT PROJECT HEAD ASIA FOR AUTO The incumbent must be BE Mechanical/Electrical with 15 years of experience in managing and coordinating large projects through all phases of design, permitting and construction - Greenfield & Brownfield. Preferably worked with #2/3 of Auto Major with lot of Experience in Expansion.. - Provides leadership for factory site project management function by managing, coordinating, and developing staff. - Plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. - Ensure quality control of the projects throughout its life cycle. - Operates with significant independence and minimal supervision as the principal project representative. - Must work cooperatively with various units. PMP Certification preferred KRA - Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables. - Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. - Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. - Participate in or oversee the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process for consultants, contractors, and other vendors and architects. - Interacts with governmental branches and regulatory agencies as required - Ensuring the necessary permission, permits, licenses, statutory compliances etc. are available. - Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Co-Ordination with field team, supporting team Contractors, Sub-contractors to certain the daily work progress and quality as per technical specifications & time schedule. - Project Execution & Completion on time with proper Quality, Safety and Environment Management. - Monitor and get the Drawings prepared for the constructions as per Project Requirement. - Executing day-to-day contracts and commercial administration - Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. - Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
