Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR UAE a leading main contractor based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to oversee the delivery of major infrastructure packages across the emirate. Lead and manage multiple infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to completion. Oversee project directors and site teams to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery. Drive operational excellence, commercial performance, and compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to align project execution with business objectives. 20+ years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure construction. Proven track record in leading large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, earthworks, marine, etc.). Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
