Commercial Director

Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR UAE Commercial Director to lead all commercial and contractual aspects of a major jv project located in a remote site. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, commercially astute, and experienced in managing complex contracts and claims in high-pressure environments. Lead the full commercial function for the JV project, reporting to the JV Board and Group leadership. Act as the primary commercial interface with the client, consultants, and JV partners. Oversee contract administration, change management, and claims strategy. Drive commercial compliance, risk mitigation, and cost control across the project. Support project delivery teams with commercial guidance and resolution of disputes. Minimum 20 years of commercial experience with main contractors, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong background in claims, contracts (FIDIC preferred), and client negotiation.
