Job Description : Business HR Head (AVP/VP)" for (leading player in the manufacturing sector with diversified businesses across steel, packaging, and infrastructure) Location: Delhi NCR Reporting To: Promoter Experience: 25–30 years Age - Under 50 Years Industry Preference: Manufacturing Mode - 5 days from office(Alternate Saturday off) About the Role: This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the Promoter, responsible for driving people transformation, HR strategy, and operational excellence in a manufacturing-led environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the HR function for the assigned business unit, partnering closely with business leadership. Drive organization design, performance management, and talent strategy aligned with growth goals. Oversee industrial relations, union negotiations, and legal compliance across manufacturing operations. Implement modern HR systems and digitized processes (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.). Build succession pipelines, manage leadership development, and ensure high levels of employee engagement. Provide HR leadership for greenfield and brownfield plant setups. Ideal Candidate: MBA in HR or Personnel Management with 25+ years of HR experience. Strong background in manufacturing sectors (steel, cement, chemicals, auto, etc.). Proven expertise in industrial relations, HR transformation, and talent development. Experience working with promoter-led or family-owned businesses is an advantage.
