Job Description : CC Head / BOT Leader | Utilities Technology | Cloud CRM Solutions. We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader with 25–28 years of experience in managing complex, enterprise-scale technology programs. This is a strategic leadership role to head the GCC/BOT operations for a cloud-native CIS & CRM platform purpose-built for the Utilities sector. ???? Role Overview: The selected leader will drive the delivery and innovation of a solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, hosted on Azure Cloud, and powered by the Power Platform and Azure Stack. The platform leverages advanced automation and AI capabilities to transform critical business functions including: Meter-to-Cash operations Revenue Collection Asset Management Complex Rate Structures Conservation Initiatives Marketing & Campaign Management This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement and streamlining business processes across the utility value chain. ???? Compensation: ?80–90 LPA Candidates who have previously established GCCs for clients will be given preference.
