Job Description : Commercial and Industrial Manager / Lubricant Sales Manager Industry: Oil / Petroleum / Logistics Nationality: Open to All Location: Nairobi, Kenya Joining: Immediate Salary: 41011,033nKeEf50,000 Gross Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: • Degree in Engineering; Mechanical or Automobile is an added advantage • 15+ years of sales experience in industrial lubricants/products/chemicals • 5+ years in managing professional sales teams • Strong technical knowledge of lubricants, lubrication systems, and metalworking fluids • Skilled in customer interaction, technical presentations, and content creation • Experience developing distributor networks and handling large industrial accounts • Strong people management and training skills Role & Responsibilities: • Lead national teams to grow sales in Construction Fleet and Industrial segments • Drive direct sales with large key accounts in mining, cement, construction, and fleets • Appoint and support industrial distributors in SME clusters • Collaborate with Technical and Regional Managers to define product portfolios and pricing • Participate in tenders, monitor competition, and provide logistical solutions for remote clients • Develop pricing and credit models for B2B clients; oversee contract compliance and renewals • Conduct lubrication surveys, product trials, oil testing, and customer training with technical team • Regularly engage with key accounts to offer technical solutions and enhance relationships • Analyze oil samples to optimize equipment life and improve service reliability • Handle product complaints, coordinate resolutions, and maintain premium supplier status • Track new market segments, gather feedback, and identify upselling opportunities
