Job Description : CONTRACT DIRECTOR KSA experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading contractor in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing contracts for large-scale building projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full contract lifecycle from pre-award to postaward for major building projects. Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and relevant legal requirements. Manage claims, variations, and contractual disputes in a proactive and professional manner. Coordinate with project, commercial, and legal teams to mitigate risks and protect company interests. Administer FIDIC and other standard forms of contract used in KSA construction. Prepare and review contractual documentation, including subcontracts, NDAs, and consultant agreements. JEDDAH, KSA
