Job Description : Finance Director – META | Dubai ???? This is a senior leadership role based in Dubai, offering the opportunity to shape and drive financial strategy across a diverse and high-impact region. As Finance Director, you will: ? Lead FP&A, controlling, compliance, and financial operations across META ? Partner closely with senior leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making ? Drive initiatives focused on margin expansion, cost optimisation, and long-term planning ? Manage a high-performing, multi-country finance team ? Support M&A activities, investment decisions, and new market entry ???? We’re looking for: ?? 10–12+ years of senior finance experience in multinational pharma or healthcare environments ?? Proven experience across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa ?? Strong commercial finance and FP&A expertise ?? A strategic partner with sharp business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills ??
