Group Head Projects 

Job Description : Group Head Projects with one of the very renowned Conglomerate (Automobile) for their Corporate Office at Gurgaon.. Title : Group Head Projects (AVP) Exp. : 25+ Yrs in Site Management, Execution, Project Management handling huge Industrial projects. Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering CTC : Upto 1 CR (Negotiable) Others : Must have exposure of Green Field & Brown Field Projects. Travelling : Yes Job Purpose : Oversee all aspects of the wide range of construction projects from start to finish, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans. Good Experience in Industrial project , Machine foundations & Pre Engineered Building is must. - Project Planning and Execution. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones & resource allocation. - Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project. - Preparing work for the whole team - Budgetary Estimate & cost Estimation and Value Engineering - Developing deliverable schedules as a roadmap for the construction team. - Reviewing the project in depth to determine if everything is done according to plan. - Coordination and Basic knowledge of MEP works - Review of Tender Document , BOQ , Technical Specifications , GCC and SCC of contract - Project close Out - Can Deliver the project in Timelines to meet end User Requirement / customer deadline - Change order Management - Finalization of extra Items / NS items - Review of PEB tender & Evaluation on technical aspects of PEB quotes & Value engineering to bring the cost in agreed Budget - Streamline Billing Process of contractor and Follow up for payment of contractors. - Develop a Master plan on MS Project and Tracking of the same - Manage the process of obtaining all necessary statutory clearances for execution at site. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations for site execution work. - Lead the team, Consultant PMC and Contractors to resolve construction related issues in a time bound manner so that work is not held up. - Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. - Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. - Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies. - Hire contractors based on Pre qualification criteria and other staff and allocate responsibilities. - Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance. - Implement and maintain Project Quality Plan & quality assurance processes throughout execution of work at site. - Conduct regular project reviews to assess and improve performance. - Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards as per Agreed EHS Plan and report issues. - Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports MIS review.
