Key Responsibilities: ? Define and execute national sales strategy for Costus Rice, aligned with business goals ? Lead regional sales managers and on-ground sales teams to achieve primary & secondary sales targets ? Build and manage a robust distribution network across Nigeria ? Drive pricing, promotional, and channel strategy to maximize market share ? Analyze market trends, monitor competition, and optimize tactics ? Ensure product availability, visibility, and accessibility in all key markets ? Build strong trade and retail partnerships, manage supply chain and credit controls ? Hire, train, and mentor high-performing sales teams ? Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and production teams for execution excellence Required Skills: ?? Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG sales or rice commodity trading ?? Proven success in leading large sales teams and delivering revenue growth ??
