Job Description : Expat Supply Chain Manager NIGERIA Industry: Oil & Gas Locations: Lagos & Port Harcourt Are you a seasoned Supply Chain professional with deep industry experience and a passion for driving strategic procurement excellence? Our client, a leading Oil & Gas company, is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize all procurement and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: -Own and implement procurement, outsourcing, and logistics strategy. - Oversee vendor selection, tendering, negotiations, and contract management. - Monitor order placement, cost allocation, and timely delivery. - Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, ISO 9001, and industry regulations. - Lead supplier performance reviews, cost optimization, and risk mitigation. - Train and manage procurement team and maintain accurate supply chain records. - Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders on documentation and delivery. Requirements: - Minimum 12 years’ experience in supply chain/procurement (preferably in Oil & Gas servicing). - B.Sc . in Business Administration or related field. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills. - Mastery of ISO standards, QHSE practices, and procurement law.
