Sales Manager

Job Description : SALES MANAGER DUBAI market-leading system integrator specializing in delivering end-to-end technology solutions across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and digital transformation. With a strong portfolio of global partners and clients, they are committed to solving complex IT challenges for public and private sector organizations. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and account growth across targeted sectors. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline development to closing and post-sales account management—while aligning closely with technical pre-sales, delivery, and vendor teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets across system integration offerings (infrastructure, cloud applications etc.). Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and government sectors. Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for technology solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored proposals and respond to RFPs and RFQs. Manage sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and CRM updates with accuracy and discipline. Maintain and grow vendor partnerships to enhance solution offerings and access to deal registrations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust go-to-market plans accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 10 years of B2B sales experience in system integration or enterprise IT solutions. Strong network across enterprise or public sector clients within the region. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Deep understanding of infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable with a consultative sales approach.
