Job Description : EXPAT CFO BANGKOK THAILAND As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial future of our client's organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement robust financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. You will oversee all aspects of the finance operations, from budgeting and forecasting to auditing and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your strategic recommendations will directly influence the company's financial performance and open up new business opportunities. In addition, you will manage risk and insurance-related activities, ensuring the organisation's assets are adequately protected. Develop financial strategies that align with the company's goals Oversee all aspects of the finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and internal control systems Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities Collaborate with executive leadership to make informed organisational decisions Manage risk and insurance related activities of the organisation Lead the preparation of all financial reporting What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Chief Financial Officer position brings a wealth of experience in senior-level finance roles, ideally as a CFO or equivalent. You possess an in-depth understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices. Your solid grasp on data analysis and forecasting methods enables you to make informed strategic decisions. Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software is essential for this role.
