Job Description : CEO MUMBAI FOR LARGE FMCG COMPANY Job Description: To lead forward the business and operational growth of the company and be responsible for its overall strategic, operational and financial performance. This position will develop new clients and manage them along with existing clients by end FY 21 and grow the business exponentially from there Responsible for planning, managing and overseeing complete sales and operational activities for the organisation 2. Develop and execute strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets 3. Manage a delivery team of ~1800+ members across various functions; mentor technical and sales staff; hiring and growing team as necessary 4. Define and monitor KRAs and KPIs for the team; recruiting and mentoring people as necessary to ensure performance is in line with the business objectives 5. Spearhead growth to 4X current revenue levels over a 5 year horizon - identify bottlenecks, set processes and build organisation culture for growth 6. Partner and collaborate with top management and key team members to drive innovation and diversification agendas 7. Works closely with sales and operations in developing and growing customer accounts - discussing growth plans, ensuring delivery commitments, collections and ensuring client satisfaction 8. Identify opportunities for business expansion in new markets and build competencies to utilize such opportunities 20+ Year Experience and should be Currently CEO/ Similar Positions in a large organization earning 1 Cr+ Remuneration currently
