Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO UAE a well-known Financial Services company, in the search for a Chief Financial Officer to join their Regional Head Quarters in Dubai. The company is, surprisingly considering the current world pandemic, going through growth and have been making strong movements in the past 12 months into expanding their operations. Currently the company are represented across 40 countries in the world, however the plan is to expand into new geographical markets in the next 3 years. This position would suit an up and coming Finance Director who wants to prove themselves in an organisation, and add real value. The position will have a strategic view of the company within the MENAT region, partnering with the current executive board in mapping new markets for the regional office to enter. Other duties of the position include; · Acting as a business partner to the Business Units Managing Directors · Assess and evaluate financial performance of the organisation with regard to long term growth · Fashioning a financial strategy for the business, and managing that strategy in the midterm and long term · Managing a division of over 30 employees ranging across reporting, controlling, planning etc · Liaising with internal stakeholders ranging from Group Legal, to the Managing Director · Evaluating departments and make suggestions for automating processes and increasing productivity across the group To be considered for the role, you must have the below experience and attributes; · Be a strategic thinker with a focus on entering new markets and expanding companies · Currently be holding a leadership position within a reputable organisation · At least 10 years’ experience within a finance department · Currently be based in the United Arab Emirates
