Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD OMAN 25+ years experience To develop and implement the overall finance strategy for the organization. Handling corporate governance, risk management, cash flow, banks, investment, and expansion plan Preparing and presenting budgets to the board/MD Engage the board around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model(s) and operational delivery. Drive efficient Working Capital Management and ensure adequate funding availability. Work closely with the Chairman on all new M & As, conduct due diligence, risk assessment etc. Preferred candidate profile A qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in heading the finance function of large manufacturing firms.
