Job Description : CTO NIGERIA 20+ years experience We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead digital transformation and ERP implementation in the automobile distribution industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise technology, cloud-based ERP solutions, process automation, and IT strategy, ensuring seamless integration of digital solutions to drive efficiency, profitability, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Transformation & IT Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business goals. Lead end-to-end modernization of legacy systems with cutting-edge digital technologies. Identify and implement AI, IoT, and cloud-based solutions to enhance business operations. Develop a data-driven culture, leveraging analytics, BI tools, and automation for decision-making. 2. ERP Implementation & Process Optimization: Lead selection, deployment, and integration of an ERP system tailored for automobile distribution. Ensure ERP aligns with supply chain, inventory, finance, and customer management needs. Standardize and streamline business processes using ERP to improve operational efficiency. Oversee ERP migration, training, change management, and continuous improvement. 3. IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity: Ensure robust IT infrastructure that supports scalability and security. Implement cloud-based, multi-location IT architecture for seamless business continuity. Strengthen cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance in line with industry standards. 4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ERP consultants, and digital transformation specialists. Collaborate with C-suite, department heads, and external vendors to align IT strategy with business needs. Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and digital excellence across the organization. Key Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 20+ years in IT leadership, digital transformation, and ERP implementation, preferably in automobile distribution, retail, or supply chain industries. ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP platforms. Technology Stack: Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud), AI, IoT, and data analytics. Strategic Leadership: Strong ability to define IT vision, drive change, and lead cross-functional teams. Security & Compliance: Knowledge of IT security best practices, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Technology, or related fields.
