Job Description : Plant Head ( Plastic Compounds & Calcium Master batches) Job Location: - Tanga Tanzania Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical, or Industrial) or a related field is preferred. Experience: 10 year of experience in managing the complete plant operations. · 10+ years of experience in plant operations, production, and quality assurance in the masterbatch and PVC compounding industry. · Proven track record in cost reduction, process optimization, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards. · Worked with leading companies like Omya, Gulshan, and Plastiblends in the process industry. · Energetic, target-driven professional with strong leadership, communication skills, and long-term commitment.
