IT Head

Job Description : Head of IT (ERP - Microsoft Dynamics) Location: Initially based in India, with future relocation to the United States. We are looking for a dynamic Head of IT to manage and scale ERP operations for our US subsidiary. The role will start from India, where you will be responsible for setting up and leading an IT team that supports the day-to-day ERP operations of our US entity. This will eventually transition to an on-site leadership role in the United States. Key Responsibilities: · Manage US-based ERP operations remotely from India using Microsoft Dynamics · Establish and lead an IT department in India to support day-to-day ERP needs of the US subsidiary · Oversee ERP implementation, integration, and optimization. · Ensure seamless coordination between US and India teams. · Drive digital transformation and standardize IT processes. · Lead vendor management, system upgrades, and user training/support. Requirements: · Proven experience as IT Head. · Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP. · Excellent communication and project leadership skills. · Willingness and eligibility to relocate to the United States.
