Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER DRC Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (Fluency in written and spoken FRENCH is an absolute MUST) Designation: Country Manager - REPUBLIC OF CONGO Experience: 10 plus years in French-speaking West African markets (preference will be given to those candidates who have the experience of covering REPUBLIC OF CONGO. Educational Background: Science Graduate/Postgraduate Role & responsibilities: Sales and Marketing ,Logistics ,Finance ,Regulatory Affairs New Product Registration ,Renewal , Handling Marketing Agency ,Distribution Management of REPUBLIC OF CONGO. Co coordinating with HO team for ensuring smooth operation in the respective country . Responsible for Stock availability from France to REPUBLIC OF CONGO. Handling Both Country Medical Reps and Supervisor team. KOL Management ,Implementing Marketing Strategies ,ROI Tracking ,CME Activity ,Pharmacy activity and other Administrative work like Monitoring the team sales performance ,reporting day to day operations etc. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN URGENT POSITION.
