Country Security Manager

Job Description : Country Security Manager – Ethiopia leading company in the food and beverage industry, is searching for a passionate and results-driven Country Security Manager to safeguard and support the company’s growing operations in Ethiopia. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and implementation of proactive, sustainable security and preparedness programs, ensuring the protection of people, assets, and operations while driving business resilience in a dynamic environment. What we are looking for ? Minimum 15 years in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or a related field ? Solid background in physical security, risk mitigation & incident response ? Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience ? Proficient in budgeting and cost management ? Familiarity with modern security tools and alert systems ? Bonus: Knowledge of ISO 31000 & ISO 22301 standards ? Bachelor’s degree (required)
