Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER - PLASTICS & PACKAGING MANUFACTURING UAE Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day operations, resolve production issues * Design strategy and set goals for growth * Maintain budgets and optimize expenses * Set policies and processes, ensure compliance to ISO standards * Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally * Oversee recruitment and training of new employees * Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance * Prepare regular management reports for upper management * Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations * Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors) Requirements (Must!) knowledge of Production. some technical qualification would be an advantage Aware of all raw material sourcing suppliers Maintain & Develop relationships with MNC customers Constantly work with Marketing on developing new strategies for brand awareness.
