About the Role Strategic Leadership: Steer financial strategy for a high-growth retail giant. Multi-Store Operations: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for a large-scale supermarket chain. Global Impact: Shape financial practices in one of Africa’s dynamic markets. You Are… ? An Indian national currently residing in India (Mandatory). ? A CA/CMA/CFA or Post Graduate in Finance with 15–20 years of experience, including 5+ years leading finance teams at a large Indian corporate house. ? A retail/FMCG/supermarket industry expert with hands-on experience in multi-location operations. ? Ready to relocate to Congo (relocation support provided). ??
