Deputy Manager

Job Description : DEPUTY MANAGER RIG/CRAINE MAINTENANCE NIGERIA Conduct routine and preventive maintenance checks on 70T(65M) piling rigs ,1000T crawler crane, 250T truck mounted cranes of various make Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance. Supervise or assist with major repairs and rebuilds. Sound Knowledge in Kelly maintenance and rotary maintenance Able to guide all piling rig operators and crane operators to maintain safe operation practices in the field Should have deep knowledge in load chart, safe load indicator , load moment indicator, calibration of other parameters in display modules of various crane . Enforce safety protocols and regulations during maintenance and operations. Conduct safety inspections and address any potential hazards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Update maintenance records, service manuals, and procedure documentation. Monitor spare parts inventory and order necessary components. Ensure that sufficient spare parts are available for timely repairs. Collaborate with piling rig operators, crane operators and other construction sites personnel. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other construction field stakeholders for smooth operation of piling rigs and cranes Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Preferred candidate profile Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ relevant experience
