As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and driven General Manager – Production to lead our dynamic team in Mombasa, Kenya. Your Role: General Manager – Production As General Manager, you’ll be the strategic and operational anchor of our production unit. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep industry expertise and hands-on operational excellence. You’ll drive efficiency, elevate workforce performance, and ensure our factory consistently delivers world-class products. What You’ll Be Doing: ? Lead overall factory operations aligning production with business goals ? Drive productivity and efficiency while managing budgets and costs ? Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance ? Implement best-in-class systems, automation, and workforce planning ? Champion continuous training, employee engagement, and talent development ? Strengthen customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, high-quality output ? Manage cross-functional departments: HR, Admin, Planning, IE, Warehousing & Production Who You Are: ? Industrial Engineering background preferred ? At least 10 years in senior roles within large-scale apparel manufacturing ? Strong track record of leadership and operational success ? Experience working with global fashion retailers (U.S., UK, Canada, EU markets) ? Bachelor's degree or higher (mandatory) ? Excellent English communication & people management skills ?
