15 yearsJob Description : Team Lead – Africa Perspective Location: Noida, India Experience Required: 15+ years Industry: Financial Services / Investment Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Team Lead – Africa Perspective to drive and expand our Africa-focused investment and partnership initiatives. Based out of Noida, the ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Africa’s economic landscape and demonstrate the ability to manage cross-border investment strategies in collaboration with stakeholders across both Africa and India. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic business plans for Africa operations. • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and execute high-impact investments across key sectors including infrastructure, agriculture, renewable energy, and manufacturing. • Build and maintain strong relationships with African government bodies, financial institutions, and Indian businesses engaged in Africa. • Analyze market trends, economic data, and policy shifts to inform business decisions and investment strategies. • Drive due diligence, feasibility analysis, and risk assessments for prospective ventures. • Champion sustainable development and ESG-aligned investment models in Africa. • Represent the company in industry events, bilateral forums, and investor discussions across Africa and India. • Collaborate with the internal strategy and legal teams to ensure compliance and operational alignment. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 15+ years of experience in finance, business development investment, with significant exposure to African markets. • Proven track record of managing strategic initiatives or ventures in Africa, preferably within sectors like green energy, infrastructure, agri-business, or manufacturing. • Strong understanding of economic, regulatory, and geopolitical trends in Africa. • Experience working with Indian and African stakeholders, including governments, investors, and local enterprises. • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments. • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.
