Experience: 20+ years preferred About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Group CFO to lead the financial strategy and operations for a high-growth organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Fundraising, with a proven track record of driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting Drive successful M&A transactions, including target evaluation, due diligence, and integration Spearhead fundraising efforts (debt/equity), manage investor relations, and optimize capital structure Oversee financial reporting, governance, risk, internal controls, and statutory compliance Provide strategic counsel to the CEO, Board, and business leaders Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies Lead treasury, taxation, controllership, and financial systems digitization Ideal Candidate: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance 20+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably across listed and high-growth companies Demonstrated expertise in M&A, fundraising, and post-merger integration Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
