Job Description : General Manager ( Expatriate) Location: Kano, Nigeria Industry: Plastic Manufacturing Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our plastic manufacturing operations in Kano. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing manufacturing processes, driving sales growth, and overseeing financial performance. Responsibilities: · Provide strategic leadership across all functions including production, sales, finance, and operations. · Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market share and profitability. · Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and business targets. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with best manufacturing practices. · Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. Requirement: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). · Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in a senior managerial position within a plastic manufacturing company. · Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, sales processes, and financial management. · Demonstrated ability to independently manage business operations and teams. · Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
