Job Description : Regional Tax Head – Francophone Markets Location: UAE , Dubai Scope: Francophone Africa Are you a tax strategist fluent in both French & English and the fast-evolving international tax landscape? Do you have a knack for decoding cross-border complexity with confidence, curiosity, and clarity? We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Tax Head for a technology client to lead our client's Francophone countries portfolio, based in the heart of the UAE — where global business meets opportunity. What You’ll Own: Lead tax strategy, planning, and compliance for multiple jurisdictions across Francophone Africa. Serve as the go-to advisor for local teams and leadership on all things direct, indirect, and international tax. Navigate tax regulations like a seasoned explorer. Prepare best practice manuals for compliance .Review returns. Preparation and filing .CIT reviews and filing .Advisory role on tax assessments and litigation. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Ops to make sure tax isn’t just a cost — it’s a competitive advantage. Build bridges: between countries, departments, and cultures. What You Bring: 7+ years of tax experience, strong on the ground experience in Francophone African markets. A strong command of French and English — both spoken and written. Independent and cross-border advisory. Based in (or open to relocating to) the UAE — a dynamic international hub.
