Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER Location: Dubai, UAE Qualification: Masters in Finance Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, preferably within the FMCG / Manufacturing sector in the UAE Key Responsibilities: * Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals for UAE and India operations. * Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize financial performance across both regions. * Financial Reporting: Prepare and present consolidated financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings for UAE and India. * Cost Control & Profitability: Monitor costs, implement cost-saving measures, and drive profitability in both regions. * Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Ensure efficient cash flow and working capital management. * Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE and India tax laws, VAT/GST regulations, and financial reporting standards. * Risk Management: Identify financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure robust internal controls. * Audit & Liaison: Work with internal and external auditors to ensure regulatory and statutory compliance in both regions. * ERP & Systems Management: Oversee financial systems and implement best practices for automation and efficiency. * Cross-Border Financial Coordination: Manage foreign exchange risks, intercompany transactions, and cross-border financial regulations. * Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance teams in UAE and India, fostering a high-performance culture.
