Job Description : Shift In-Charge (Blow Moulding Operations) An exciting opportunity is open for an experienced Shift In-Charge to join a state-of-the-art blow moulding manufacturing facility based in Sango-Ota, Nigeria (approx. 1 hour from Lagos Airport). ???? Location: Sango-Ota, Nigeria ???? Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Plastic Technology ???? Experience: 10+ years in plastics manufacturing, including 5+ years in a shift supervisory role. ???? Preference: Candidates with prior experience working in Africa are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end management of shift operations, including basic machine maintenance. - Strong hands-on expertise with blow moulding machines (Uniloy, Bestar, Tongda, Jagmohan, CMP). - Monitor hourly production and rejection rates to meet shift targets. - Optimize machine performance and reduce wastage. - Ensure accurate packing, raw material accountability, and compliance with 5S shop floor practices. - Lead local manpower and maintain production discipline. Skills & Attributes: - Strong technical knowledge of blow moulding operations - Planning and troubleshooting skills - Strong sense of responsibility and cost control - Ability to handle shop floor manpower independently Attractive Tax free salary plus local allowance and bachelor-status role.
