Job Description : Commercial Director – Major Project | Western Saudi Arabia ???? We are partnering with a leading international contractor to recruit a Commercial Director for a flagship medical project in Western Saudi Arabia. This is a senior leadership opportunity suited to someone who has previously led a commercial department or held a Commercial Director role on large-scale building projects in the Middle East. ???? We’re looking for someone with: ? Proven experience leading commercial teams or operating at Commercial Director level ? Strong background in PPP or PFI-funded projects ? Solid track record on large-scale building developments in the Middle East ? Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar ? Open to single status employment ? Comfortable with a SAR 70,000/month all-inclusive package ???? Location: Western Saudi Arabia ????? Project: Major hospital development ???? Salary: SAR 70K/month (all-inclusive)
