Job Description : Head – Sales & Marketing - BOPET (Flexible Packaging Films) Sales | Poland, Europe ???? We are seeking a candidate responsible for Sales, Marketing & Business Development for Poland for flexible packaging (BOPET Films). He / She will be responsible for continuous growth in region. ???? Key Responsibilities: - Marketing of budgeted volume of the products at competitive prices to meet organizational target of revenue, profitability and growth. - Ensure a positive image of the company is presented to the relevant stakeholders through proactive branding and relationship building activities. - Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business unit supported. - Accountable for the on-time implementation of export organization and performance objectives. - Achievement of strategic objectives defined for the product. - Customer Relationship Management - Team Development ????????? Education: - BE (Preferred) & MBA (Marketing) from a reputed University / College. - 20 plus years of Industry exposure. - Specific experience in the BOPET Films Sales Market of America is essential. - 5 plus years of Global Leadership Experience Fluency in English. ???? Integrations: - Interaction with all related department heads, inter departmental coordination, Business Head’s office. - Interaction with customers & their production team, External Bodies, Vendors.
