We’re seeking a dynamic Franchise Manager to lead the expansion of our perfumery brand across Europe. This role is central to our commercial and retail operations, reporting directly to the Head of Retail, and plays a key part in driving brand growth and franchise excellence across diverse markets. ???? Reports to: Head of Retail What You’ll Do: Drive strategic franchise growth across Europe, aligned with brand and business objectives. Identify, assess, and onboard high-potential franchise partners. Support new store openings and ensure seamless operational rollout. Partner with franchisees on performance, compliance, marketing, and training. Conduct regular market visits to ensure excellence in execution and brand integrity. Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, Training) to elevate the franchise experience. Lead negotiations and renewals of franchise agreements. Provide local market insights to enhance product, pricing, and assortment strategies. What We’re Looking For: European nationality preferred due to ease of travel but company supports relocation for right candidate Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. 18+ years’ experience in franchise or retail management within luxury, beauty, or lifestyle industries. Proven track record in international franchise operations and partner management. Fluent in English; other European languages are a strong advantage. Strategic, structured thinker with entrepreneurial flair. Willingness to travel across regions as needed. A genuine passion for the fragrance industry and commitment to excellence. Why Join Us?
