Job Description : COO EAST AFRICA FOR PERSONAL CARE/FMCG Job Description: · Plans, directs, and oversees a company's operational aspects, policies, rules, initiatives, and goals. · Helps Organization execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgment, vision, management, and leadership. · Develops and implements growth strategies. Job Responsibilities: · Overall Operations, Production controls and efficiencies. · Managing the Annual Budgetary process. · Measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally. · Determining areas of potential cost reduction and productivity, improving and implementing systems to drive, capture and entrench savings and improvements · Assume responsibility for revenue generation and execution of business strategy plans · Prepare and circulate MIS reports to keep track of operational aspects. (Sales, Production, Yield, Gross Margin, Profit, Manufacturing variances etc.) · Monitor organisational performance reporting systems · Identify and implement action plans to ensure continuing profitable operations to maximise returns on investments · Identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts behind inefficiencies by analysing facts and develop a timeous solution · Co-ordinate the development and implementation of financial systems, record keeping systems, or other administrative control processes · Review and vetting of Monthly Financials prior to circulation · Approving authority for porting the relevant information in the ERP system. Candidate Profile: · 18-25 years of experience in Personal care, Skin care, Health care, FMCG, Food or Body care products P&L experience is preferred · Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business operations. · Understanding of data analysis and performance/operation metrics · Not only a strategist but also must be an Implementer. · Engineering Background + MBA
