Financial Controller

Job Description : FC DERBY, UK Open to International candidates As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations. You will oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, evaluate commercial performance for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Leading the annual budgeting process will be a key part of your role along with monitoring operating costs. You will work closely with various teams to provide valuable financial insights. Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations is crucial in this role. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives for automation. Your leadership skills will be put to use as you manage and mentor a team of accountants. This role is suitable for either a 2nd time mover, somebody with strong FM/FC experience, or even a 1st time mover from practice if you're somebody with strong commercial acumen! On offer is a salary of £65,000 - £75,000/
