Job Description : Execution Manager Location: Congo (Relocation Required) | Industry: Retail/Hypermarket Experience: 8-10+ years in Retail Store Execution About the Role: Lead in-store execution strategies to maximize sales growth and operational efficiency for a leading retail chain in Congo. Drive planogram compliance, product availability, and customer-centric displays while benchmarking competitors and leveraging local trends to boost revenue. Key Responsibilities: ? Ensure adherence to planograms and recommend optimizations for product placement. ? Guarantee product availability across stores/warehouses to prevent sales loss. ? Analyze competitor pricing, categories, and promotions to drive strategic improvements. ? Design impactful in-store displays for festivals/promotions to enhance sales. ? Oversee pre-launch product readiness for new store openings. ? Study customer behavior and trends to identify process efficiencies and growth opportunities. You’ll Need: ?? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. ?? 8-10+ years in retail store execution (supermarket/hypermarket experience preferred). ?? Expertise in planogram management, competitor analysis, and sales strategy. ?? Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights. ??
