Job Description : Head – Logistics & Supply Chain Location: Congo (Relocation Required) | Industry: Retail/Quick Commerce Experience: 8-10+ years in Warehousing, Logistics, & Supply Chain About the Role: Lead end-to-end logistics and supply chain strategies for a thriving retail business in Congo. Optimize inventory, transportation, warehousing, and distribution while driving cost-efficiency and seamless cross-border operations. Collaborate with global teams (Stores, E-Commerce, Marketing) to ensure alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: ? Develop/implement supply chain strategies (demand forecasting, inventory planning). ? Oversee Congo-based transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks. ? Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service excellence. ? Analyze KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements. ? Lead a multicultural team and ensure compliance with international regulations. You’ll Need: ?? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields. ?? 8-10+ years in logistics/warehouse operations (retail/quick commerce preferred). ?? Expertise in vendor management, data analysis, and global supply chain optimization. ?? Strong leadership, cross-cultural communication, and problem-solving skills. ???? Must be an Indian national residing in India (prior international exposure is advantageous).
