Job Description : Human Resources Manager Location: Kinshasa, Congo (Relocation Required) Industry: Retail/Supermarket Salary- Upto 1500$ net savings Experience: 10-15+ years in HR (Retail/FMCG preferred) | Age Limit: Up to 40 years Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field About the Role: Lead HR strategies for a leading retail chain in Congo, driving talent acquisition, compliance, and employee engagement. Partner with leadership to align HR practices with business goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure seamless operations across a dynamic workforce. Key Responsibilities: ? End-to-end recruitment: Job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding. ? Design HR policies, benefits programs, and retention strategies. ? Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution. ? Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain meticulous HR records. ? Coordinate expatriate contracts, visa processes, and embassy liaisons. ? Organize employee engagement activities and oversee travel logistics. ? Prepare HR reports (MIS, KPIs) and ensure data-driven decision-making. You’ll Need: ?? Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. ?? 10-15+ years in HR within Retail (supermarket/FMCG experience preferred). ?? Expertise in recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. ?? Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRMS) and MS Office Suite. ?? Strong integrity, organizational skills, and cross-cultural communication. ???? Must be an Indian national residing in India (prior international exposure is a plus).
