15 yearsJob Description : EXPAT HR AND ADMIN MANAGER VIETNAM As the Human Resources and Administration Manager, your role will be pivotal in providing strategic HR leadership within the organisation. You will be instrumental in developing HR strategies that not only support business growth but also foster talent development and organisational effectiveness. Your expertise in designing comprehensive rewards programs will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent. Furthermore, your ability to lead performance review processes will contribute significantly to maintaining a high-performance culture within the organisation. Your responsibilities will also extend to overseeing general office administration tasks ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Develop strategic workforce plans aligned with overall business strategy. Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving organisational effectiveness and business performance. Design, manage, and communicate total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, insurance, and retirement plans. Lead annual performance review processes, including salary and bonus review cycles. Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement. Provide strategic HR consultation through needs assessments, solution design, and business-focused advisory. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labour laws and ensure organisational compliance. Oversee general office administration, including internal schedules, office events. What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Human Resources and Administration Manager position brings a wealth of experience from a progressive career in HR. With at least 15 years of experience under your belt, you have honed your skills in various aspects of HR management. Your strong understanding of Vietnamese labour law coupled with your proven experience in a multinational environment makes you well-equipped to handle the complexities of this role. Your fluency in both Vietnamese and English further enhances your ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organisation. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in an HR leadership role. Proven HR experience in a multinational environment. Strong understanding of Vietnamese labour law and HR practices ( preferred) Demonstrated experience in organisational transformation, change management, and strategic workforce planning.
