You will manage all aspects of incident management, from reviewing to investigating security-related incidents. Additionally, you will roll out comprehensive risk assessments, conduct thorough audits, and initiate training programs to ensure compliance. Overseeing the financial aspects of the department, you will manage budgets and Profit & Loss statements while striving for cost efficiency. Your role also involves enhancing customer satisfaction by leveraging security as a competitive advantage. * Develop and implement country-specific security standards in alignment with regional and global frameworks * Manage, review, and investigate security-related incidents, reporting key metrics to senior management * Roll out risk assessments, security audits, and training programs across the country * Oversee security budgets and Profit and Loss statements, ensuring cost transparency * Enhance customer satisfaction by optimizing security performance * Manage customer complaints related to security incidents and provide expert advice * Lead and develop a team of security professionals, ensuring adherence to policies The ideal candidate for the Country Security Lead position brings a wealth of experience in security management. Fluent English communication skills are essential for this role. * At least 1-2 years of experience within the logistics or supply chain industry * In-depth knowledge of security practices * Bachelor’s degree in security management or a related field is desirable * Professional certification from recognized security bodies is highly desirable * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, data analysis, and presentations * Familiarity with security technologies such as surveillance, access control, etc. * Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
