Job Description : HEAD OF DATA AND ANALYTICS YORK, UK Open to International candidates Define and implement the company’s data and analytics strategy in alignment with overall business goals. Lead a team of data analysts, engineers and BI Developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and data-driven innovation. Collaborate with business leaders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights that support performance improvement and strategic growth. Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support key business functions. Drive the adoption of modern data platforms, tools, and technologies to improve accessibility and scalability. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the business ahead of the curve in analytics and data science. Act as a champion for data literacy across the organisation. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in a senior data leadership role Strong background in analytics, data science, and/or data engineering, with deep understanding of tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, etc. Track record of building and leading high-performing data teams. Experience implementing enterprise data strategies and modern data platforms (AWS is preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
