Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations Ensure product quality and operational efficiency Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles What you'll do: As a Production Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage daily manufacturing operations. You will oversee the entire production process, from assembly to box build process. Your role will involve developing and implementing production schedules, optimising resources to minimise downtime, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also work closely with the Quality Assurance team to establish and enforce quality control standards. In addition, you will collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely material availability. Lastly, you will lead, train, and mentor production teams to enhance skill development and performance. Oversee end-to-end production processes and ensure smooth operations Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement Establish and enforce quality control standards Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely material availability Lead, train, and mentor production teams to enhance skill development and performance What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Production Manager role brings a wealth of knowledge in various manufacturing processes and techniques.
