Job Description : EXPORT SALES MANAGER DUBAI a leading company is looking for an Export Manager for sales in GCC and African countries. Should have minimum 5 years’ experience, knowledge of GCC & African countries. Preferably in FMCG background, Arabic language is an advantage K.P.A s Responsibilities Leadership - Develop annual business plan for ROW (CIS, AFRICA, and ASIA) in conjunction with LINE MANAGER in order to achieve the strategic goals of the company. - Establish an excellent long term business relation with new and existing clients - Understand customer needs by country / territory. - Work effectively with all sales team members of distributor. - Produce weekly / monthly sales plan to meet agreed targets. Business Excellence (Performance) - To deliver actual sales against agreed monthly/ quarterly forecast. - To understand each client’s business to identify and create opportunities for growth in existing customers. Provide ideas for additional sku’s in each country. - Identifying and developing new business in line with the company’s business plan. - To create, implement & communicate weekly sales action plan to LINE Manager. People Development - Adopt a positive attitude to encourage effective communication and teamwork. - Sharing knowledge and skills among colleagues. - Maintain professional selling skills - Grab the benefits from the learning environment which the company provides. - Enhance the learning culture through Implementing and using the training tools provided by the company. Planning & Execution - Generate and maintain an accurate forecast for new and existing accounts. To track the political situation, currency fluctuation etc. of the main target markets and act pro- actively. - Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities. - To submit accurate activity and achievement reports to the LINE manager. - Provide accurate and timely submittal of sales orders.
