Contracts Manager

Job Description : EPC CONTRACT MANAGER IOR , a leading group operating in several key sectors, is looking for an EPC Contract Manager to support its expansion in the renewable energy sector in Africa. Job Description In liaison with the Technical and Development Department, you will be responsible for establishing, negotiating and managing EPC contracts for the deployment of solar infrastructure and energy storage systems in Africa. More specifically, you will be required to: - Participate in negotiations with clients, contractors and suppliers. - Ensure the traceability of contractual modifications and coordinate arbitrations. - Identify contract risks and propose mitigation strategies. - Coordinate the evaluation of technical and economic solutions to reduce these risks. - Ensure compliance with contractual terms during all phases of the projects. - Manage contractual disputes in collaboration with internal teams. - Advise management on dispute resolution strategies. The Successful Applicant With a Master's degree or a Bac+4 in engineering or business administration, you have solid experience in the energy sector, with particular expertise in EPC contract management. Experience on photovoltaic projects is an asset. You have an excellent understanding of EPC contracts and demonstrate strong negotiation, leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. You are fluent in English and ideally have already worked internationally. Position based in Antananarivo.
