Job Description : AVP – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Location: Bangalore Compensation: ?60L – ?75L PA Reporting To: CFO About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and analytical finance leader to head our FP&A function. Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Develop pricing strategies backed by IRR/ROI analysis Partner with Sales & Procurement for commercial decision-making Drive investor support and board-level financial reporting Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and insights What We’re Looking For: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of relevant experience Proven expertise in FP&A, pricing strategy, and investor communication Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in tools like SAP BPC, Anaplan, or similar platforms
