Job Description : COFFEE PRODUCTION MANAGER KENYA a leading merchant and processor of agricultural goods. Their activities span the entire value chain from farm to farm, across a broad range of business lines. With a global presence across six geographical regions and ten platforms, they currently operating in over 100 counties. Due to an expansion of business across their coffee commodity line of business, they are currently seeking a Production Manager to join their team in Nairobi, Kenya. Job Description Reporting to the Regional Industry Manager & Production Manager, you are responsible for carrying out the below duties: Managing end-to-end logistics operations , including transportation, warehousing, and export documentation Coordinator with suppliers, farmers, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of coffee Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs, while maintaining quality standards Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations Monitoring inventory levels and managing stock movements within Uganda Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and shipping partners The Successful Applicant Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Production Manager, preferably in agricultural commodities such as coffee, oil seeds within Kenya is mandatory Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Manager or a related field Excellent understanding of asset management principles, specifically handling the movement of coffee commodities Familiarity with customs and export documentations in Kenya Previous working experience with SAP is an asset or similar ERP inventory software Excellent fluency in English & Swahili is preferred
